How it works
A clear process, from brief to export.
We don't publish fixed minimum order quantities or lead times — every product is different, and we'd rather give you an honest answer once we understand the brief. What we can promise is a straightforward process.

Brief
You share the concept — a design, a moodboard, a reference sample, a material spec, a target market.

Fast Sampling
We translate the brief into a physical sample, drawing on the material and technique best suited to it.

Review & Approval
The sample is refined against your specification until you're ready to sign it off.

Production
The approved product moves into our workshops — hand-loom, embroidery or power-loom, as the product calls for.

Quality Control
Every stage of production is inspected before a piece is packed — raw material through to finishing.

Export
Finished orders are prepared and documented for international shipment. Lab testing can be arranged where required.

Product development
Starting from a sketch, a reference sample or just a brief — we work out which material and technique gets you there.
Custom colour & material
Colours matched to your palette, materials chosen from Pashmina, wool or silk depending on what the product needs.
Custom dimensions & finishing
Sizing, borders, fringing and finishing built to your specification rather than a standard size run.
Embroidery & embellishment
Hand embroidery and block-printing available where a design calls for it, worked by specialists on top of the base weave.
Private label
Product manufactured to carry your brand. Labelling and packaging details are worked out as part of your brief.
Bulk & repeat production
Once a design is approved, we can move into larger production runs and repeat orders against the same specification.

Testing & registration
Direct about what we can verify.
We can arrange laboratory testing and fibre verification for buyers who require it as part of an order — tell us what your market needs and we'll work out how to support it. On registration: GST is in place, and our Import Export Code (IEC) is currently in process. We'd rather tell you exactly where things stand than overstate it.
